Terms of Service

traffix.dev is a growth-intelligence platform for agencies and site owners: it measures website performance in search and AI answer engines, prioritises improvement work, captures and reports leads, and delivers reports. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

You are responsible for your account credentials and for everything done under your workspace. If you connect third-party properties (Google Search Console, Google Analytics) or route a website’s lead submissions to traffix, you represent that you are authorised to do so — for client properties, that your client has engaged you to manage and measure their web presence. You are responsible for your own privacy disclosures to your clients and their site visitors.

Don’t misuse the service: no attempting to access other tenants’ data, no reselling raw data feeds, no using the platform to send spam or to measure sites you have no relationship with in a way that violates their rights, and no interfering with the service’s operation. We may suspend accounts that do.

Paid plans are billed as described at purchase. Metered data collection (rank checks, AI-visibility snapshots) is included within fair-use limits we may adjust with notice. Taxes are your responsibility where applicable.

Your data is handled per our Privacy Policy. Between you and traffix, you (or your client) own the data connected to or captured for your sites; you grant us the licence needed to process it to provide the service. We own the platform, its methodology content, and aggregate, de-identified service statistics.

The service is provided “as is”. Search engines, AI answer engines, and data providers change constantly; we do not guarantee rankings, traffic, leads, or the completeness of third-party data. Recommendations are decision support, not professional advice — you remain responsible for changes made to your or your clients’ websites.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, traffix and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You may stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms, with notice where practicable. Sections that by their nature survive (data, disclaimers, liability) survive termination.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka having jurisdiction. We may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date, and continued use constitutes acceptance. Contact: hello@traffix.dev.
